Welcome to Project: Phoenix!
For over a century, the galaxy existed in a state of fractured silence. The Burn did more than just shatter warp cores and claim trillions of lives; it severed the bonds of civilization, leaving the United Federation of Planets a ghost of its former self. In the void left by the Federation’s retreat, the Emerald Chain rose to power, enforcing a dark age of exploitation and lawlessness that seemed destined to last forever.
The tide has finally turned.
With the fall of the Emerald Chain and the death of the tyrant Osyraa, the galaxy has begun to breathe again. Even the existential threat of the Dark Matter Anomaly could not halt the momentum of a reunited Starfleet. Today, the Federation has emerged from the long night, no longer content to hide in the shadows of its own history.
Starfleet has launched a bold new initiative to mend the fractured stars and bring justice to the frontiers that were forgotten for far too long. This is the frontline of restoration. This is the mission to turn chaos into community. These are the stories of Project: Phoenix!

For over a century, Earth has been a fortress of solitude, a world that turned its back on the stars in the wake of The Burn. But the devastating wake of the DMA crisis has finally shattered that isolation. In a historic and fragile move, Earth has officially petitioned to rejoin the Federation, signaling a return to the alliance it once founded. To bridge this century-wide gap, a legendary former Starfleet Officer has been called back into active service, tasked with navigating the cutthroat diplomacy and deep-seated tensions of the reunification talks. But as the ink dries on the preliminary charters in San Francisco, a shadow has fallen over the cradle of humanity that threatens to permanently silence its heart.
A master criminal has bypassed the vaunted United Earth Defense Force systems, unleashing a sophisticated computer virus that is systematically dismantling the planet’s vital infrastructure. From the massive weather control arrays that hold back the rising tides to the orbital power grids that fuel the megacities, the digital nervous system of Earth is being flayed alive. This isn't just an act of terror; it is a calculated deconstruction of a world that had only just begun to lower its shields.
To make matters worse, a lethal, fast-acting plague has been unleashed upon the population. This engineered biological nightmare is spreading with a virulence that defies local medical protocols, turning the dream of reunification into a struggle for basic survival. With the planet’s resources stretched to the breaking point and the formal Federation alliance not yet codified, Earth finds itself in a desperate race against time. The hospitals are failing, the quarantine zones are crumbling, and the very seat of the future is on the brink of becoming a graveyard.
The mission is clear, and the stakes have never been higher for the returning diplomat and their team. They must infiltrate the corrupted global mainframe to hunt down the rogue code and stabilize the life-support grids before the planet’s systems go dark forever. Simultaneously, Starfleet must navigate a world gripped by panic and sickness to synthesize a cure for this mysterious plague. Earth survived the Burn and the terror of the DMA, but it will not survive this without a miracle from the stars.

Hello Everyone,
A special thanks to all of you who have made our latest mission "Waiting for the End" a success.
We will be beginning our next mission, "Wrong Side of Heaven," this week. Here is a teaser for the newest storyline:
Almost a year has passed since the crew of Starfleet One were thrust into the devasting, post-Burn future. The Federation is nearly gone, enemies lurk behind every corner, and their once friendly neighborhood has become the final frontier once again. Battle Group Omega, the Federation's last line of defense, have been infiltrated and their command codes stolen. Now it is up to the crew of the newly christened Federation One to save the day before it is too late.
Federation One is on the hunt! Renegades have stolen the command codes of Battle Group Omega and are planning to sell them to the highest bidder, but there is another complication. While searching, Federation One has received a distress call from Svian II. The Emerald Chain is there and are threatening to destroy the planet. Without the support of Omega, it's up to the crew of Federation One to prevent an atrocity.
As I said we're going to be getting this storyline going this week. Posts will be going out getting things started so stay tuned!

Throughout the cosmos Risa has become another word for fun. From its tropical, sandy beaches to its crystal clear seas, any who visit are instantly taken in by Risian hospitality. Few ever want to leave the paradise planet, and that is especially true during the annual Lohlunat Festival. The Lohlunat Festival is an annual Risian holiday also known as the “Festival of the Moons.” It is a day of peace, of relaxation, and of friendship for all who journey there.
You are cordially invited to join us at the beautiful Suraya Beach Resort on Risa for a beach party this Saturday, July 24, 2021 at 19:00 GMT (14:00 EDT, 13:00 CST, 12:00 MST, 11:00 PST) for the annual Lohlunat Festival. Our festival is a bit different than most. There will be fun for all in a live roleplay where people can come together to just be together, not to solve intricate puzzles or to explore the mysteries of the universe. This is a family friendly event though so please leave your Horga’hn and your quest for Jamaharon back on the ship.
We hope to see you there!

» Next Mission: The Messenger
Posted on Fri May 7th, 2021 @ 9:42pm by Captain Luzol Targaryen in General News
Greetings Everyone,
As we prepare to wrap up "Burning in the Skies" I wanted to post the description of our second mission titled "The Messenger."
The greatest invention ever made was the Warp Drive. Powered by incredible energies, it was an engine of destiny able to propel a vessel across the vast ocean of space at speeds beyond belief. The entire galaxy depends on Warp Drive; without it disease kills, hunger grows, and war ravages as governments fall to dust. Then came the Burn. In an instant every vessel, every outpost, every world using a Warp Drive for power, for propulsion, to live erupted into a ball of flame. Now the galaxy is in pieces with people preying upon others for basic needs and every moment of every day is a struggle to survive.
Trapped in a galaxy as alien as they've ever known, the crew of Starfleet One push back against the night as they try to find a semblance of normalcy. They themselves are broken and alone as they seek a friendly port in the storm, but all they find is death and graveyards full of broken dreams. But when a faint alien signal is detected offering hope they must ask themselves who can you trust in a galaxy of the damned?
In addition to this I have also posted the remaining mission titles of what is our first season for Federation One. They are:
- Waiting for the End
- When They Come for Me
- Wretches and Kings
Best regards,
WT
